Pregnant, Spotting Problem, Want To Take Duphuston

My wife is a month pregnant and she has some spotting issue her doctor advice her to take 1 tablet Duphuston once a day for two months is it safe to take Duphuston for 2 months pls advice.

Your wife is having bleeding in early pregnancy.
Duphastone is a natural progesterone hormone preparation and is given in early pregnancy in special situations like yours to support the pregnancy and to prevent miscarriage if there is deficient progesterone production from the corpus luteum which supports the early pregnancy.
But You have not mentioned anything about the Ultrasound report. I hope that it was all normal report.
In that case, she can safely take the tablet.
