Hello Thanks for your health concern. I would tell you the safest way to abort any fetus - please consult a gynecologist. The pregnancy should be confirmed and dated by a gynecologist. Then accordingly medical abortion pills / surgical abortion would be prescribed. THis precaution is a must because by attempting abortion by yourself, you would have risks such as - infection, retained tissues, incomplete abortion, severe and uncontrolled bleeding etc. Also, undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy might result, which maybe disastrous. You need to confirm that the pregnancy is intrauterine, and not an ectopic. I would not advice you to buy any medication OTC.
