Pregnant With Lower Abdominal Pain, Free Fluid In Cervix And Cervical Length, Prescribed Tidilan And Duphaston. Suggestion?
i am 30 year old lady 18wks pregnant my weight is 73kg height is arround 153cm.i had lower abdominal pain for 1 day . doctor examine me internally .found again infection and some free fluid in my cervix and my cervical length is 31 cm.doc prescribeb me tab tidilan 20 mg hourly,and some vaginal antibiotic with tab duphaston . please answer my ? iam confused.. Relax urself ,dont be confused , lower abdominal pain ,with some free fluid as told by ur doctor during check up may be due to infection which do occur often in pregnancy.u are already being prescribed with medicine and foetal support. since ur pain has subsided and ur cervical length is normal so need not worry ,just relax, take plenty of fluids and complete ur treament.do meet ur gynec if it continues.
