Hello,
Duphaston is dydrogesterone, a progestogen, used for hormonal supplementation. The role of this drug in infertility is not to induce conception, but to support in the luteal phase once ovulation has occurred. You need a proper assessment of yourself and your partner, including physical examination, hormonal assays, sonogram, tubal patency tests and tests for antibodies and also the male factor. Only then should treatment be initiated keeping in view the entire picture. Please consult an infertility specialist for further advice. Good luck.
