Hello.Up the dose of oxycodone is an option but it must be done with caution because high doses can cause drowsiness, confusion, decreased level of consciousness ...An option widely used today is to prescribe a drug whose ingredients are oxycodone and naloxone-decreases adverse effects of oxycodone-.Please consult your local doctor for a prescription.
I wish you good health.
