Pressing Sensation In Neck, Headache And Nausea. What Is Wrong?

I've just come home from a drive with my family and I noticed that when we arrived home, a weird "pressing" sensation occupied the left side of the back of my neck, leading up to the left side of my head, giving me a headache and making me feel slightly nauseated.

I'm a 17 year old girl with no past brain injuries or any serious medical problems almost EVER! I've always been rather healthy, so this is a little worrying as I've never felt like this before.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
I understand your concern
These symptoms can be related to stress/abnormal posture. I do not feel that you need any medical evaluation as of now. You may take simple analgesics like paracetamol and rest for few days. How ever if the symptoms persists or any new problem comes, you need to consult a local neurologist
Hope this clarifies your query
