Pressure Around Eyes, Heaviness In Head, Fatigue. Had 2 Abortions, Doing Stressful Job. Any Ideas?

hi there, i have the following symptoms:
- fatigue
- sligth feeling of pressure around the eyes
- general heaviness in the head
- lack of concentration / brain fog

Got blood tests done and not anemic (have a history of being so), did have to go through 2 abortions in the past 12 months however (not sure if that is relevant), also have a stressful job (have been doing investment banking since 2007)

Hello Good Morning,

According to your symptoms, most probability goes towards to hypothyroidism.
You have fatigue, headache, and recently had 2 abortions, all can happens in hypothyroidism.
In hypothyroidism facial puffiness, edema around eyes, headache, generalized weakness, pedal edema all can happens, and the last but not the least abortions also can happens.
So please go for a thyroid profile and evaluate.
If you find you nothing abnormal in thyroid then go for eye check up for headache and needs to be searched other evaluation for abortions, but there are strong chances of you having HYPOTHYROIDISM.
