Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi i have this pressure on the top of my head, and feel a little dizzy at times or like my eqilibrium is off. Thi has been happening since i had screw put in my femur kneck,,, i also have neuropathy in my arms and legs since this surgey. What could this head pressure be?
I am so sorry to hear about this dizziness. This is most likely not linked to the surgery that you had. This may be linked to other conditions like low blood pressure when you adopt an upright position. However, most cases of dizziness never really get a cause unless it lasts for a long tie and is associated with other symptoms like tinnitus, hearing loss, etc. I will suggest that you et healthy, drink enough fluids to stay hydrated, have enough night time sleep and change positions progressively. If the symptoms should persist, I will suggest that you seek medical consultation for this. A general physician would be good enough.
I hope this addresses your query fully. Thank you so much for patronizing our services and please do feel free to ask for follow up clarifications and information if need be. I wish you the best of health. Dr. Ditah, MD.
