Pulsating Numbness In Head, Down Arms, Hands, Headache, Earache, Blurred Vision. What Could It Be?

I have these strange symptons for the third time in about half a year: Pulsating numbness throughout head, Occasional numbness down arms and in hands and fingers, Constant headache , Earache located deep in right ear, Strange sticky, wet feeling around both eyes, Pain behind eyes, Mood swings, Intense, seemingly random anger and fear, and Blurry vision . Do you have any idea what this could be? When the symptoms come they last for weeks and I usually can t do much and feel really crappy and terrified. It almost feels like their is something in my head. It sounds crazy but I really don t know how else to explain it.

Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir/madam

Pulsating numbness in head, down arms, hands all these symptoms are common signs of migraine or refractive error.
So for the situation.
1. Blood pressure measurement
2. Eye examination for refractive errors.
3. If unexplained then it might be due to migraine.

If you still do not get any answers for these points then it might be necessary to proceed with CT scan of head.

Thanks

Cardiologist Dr. Anurag Rawat's  Response
You are suffering from headache. There are 3 important causes:

1 )Cluster headache

Unilateral orbitotemporal attacks daily at same time. It is Deep, severe, lasting for 30–180 min with lacrimation, facial flushing, and restlessness

2) Migraine headache

Frequently unilateral and pulsating, lasting 4–72 hrs mostly with aura, nausea, photophobia or sonophobia
Worse with activity, preference to lie in the dark, resolution with sleep

3) Tension-type headache

Frequent or continuous, mild, bilateral, occipital or frontal pain that spreads to entire head, Worse at the end of day

There are secondary causes also. But better see a neurophysician
