Pus Filled Reddish Itchy Bumps On The Outer Vagina And Inner Thigh. On Antibiotics. How Did I Get These?
hi I have puss filled pimples that start of as red bumps that itch , then they get big and turn into puss filled pimples once they pop it gets a lil black scab on it .. i have these on my outer vagina and inner and outer thigh and one on my back and one on my stomach my doctor put me on antibiotics but was never really clear on what it was or how i got it...

Hi,
Do the lesions leave any scar.If so your problem may be mild form of Hidradenitis suppurativa.i will put you on oralDoxycycline100mg daily for 21days along with topical Clindamycin twice daily.If not responding let us do Lipidprofile and start on Oral retinoids later.Meanwhile get a CBC done along with Mantoux.
