Raised Skin On Index Toe, Purple Discolouration, Pain On Pressing. Causes?
I noticed some raised skin on my index toe on my left foot . The only time my bare foot touches the ground is when I use the bath tub at my residence otherwise my feet always have shoes, socks, or slippers on. It was purplish and when I pressed on it, the inside became red. It has VERY little pain if I push it. What is it??

Raised Skin On Index Toe, Purple Discolouration, Pain On Pressing. Causes?
Hello, Thanks for the query You might have developed a callosity. It develops due to constant friction. Another possibility is pyogenic granuloma. A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis. It can be cured by using keratolytics like salicylic acid. surgical removal can also be done. Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
