Random Hot Flushes, Nausea, Dizziness, Stomach Aches. Stomach Infection?

I keep getting random hot flushes and with it, nausea , dizzyness, stomach aches. I am 15 years old and have been suffering from these symptoms for a few days now. At first i thought it was the stomach bug norovirus kicking in, but surely i would have been sick by now? if you can help me it would be much appreciated. Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing are indicating for a pre-menstrual syndrome (incoming periods).

If you are sexually active, and your periods are delayed, I suggest to do the pregnancy test after 10 days of your due date.

I advise to take mephenamic acid for the pain, and antiacid.

Hope it helped!
