I ve been experiencing a rapid heart rate when doing nothing. Recently, I laid down to go to sleep, feeling the irregular heart rate, when I started feeling this major source of heat running down my left arm .....I couldn t even sleep all night. The feeling finally lessened the next day, but still feeling the irregular heart rate. I have been feeling a heaviness in my legs and arms. Should I be concerned?
