Rash Behind Neck Spreading Down. Swelling, Burning And Itching Stopped After Applying Prescribed Cream

I have a rash at the back of my neck below the hair line that is spreading down the neck as well. the rash looks like red blisters.....It has stopped burning and itching,since I applied two prescription creams. The swelling seems to have stopped as well as spreading of the rash.

There could be so many things which can be considered with this description.
One of a very common condition is chicken pox.Its a viral infection which settles by itself in 2-3 weeks.
Other treatment options are T acyclovir and antihistaminics, topically just apply moisturiser
