Hello,

The history seems to suggest that your husband had Urticaria (sudden hypersensitivity reaction) to some antigen.
The history of rash has followed after an activity of gardening.
The allergen may be any plant or insect.
Continue steroids and avoid yourself from exposure to the allergen.
Try to find out to which thing your husband is allergic to and avoid it in the future.
