Hi, Thanks for the query. You seem to be having urinary tract infection. They are quiet common during pregnancy and some gastrointestinal infection. It seems that you are now getting preterm labor pains that may be due to infection. You need to get an urgent urine testing done for microscopy and culture to look for any organisms. You may need antibiotics to control infection. They will help in both the gastric and urinary problem. An ultrasound must be done to ensure the well being of the baby as you are having bleeding. Your treating obstetrician will help you with this. Meanwhile I suggest that you eat a simple diet like soup and gruel, drink plenty of water to flush out any bacteria and take bed rest.
