Reason For Discomfort In Breathing After Smoking Meth?
I smoke meth two nights in a row. The last time i took a hit was about 30 hours ago. I have had 3 attacks since then. Chest real heavy, difficulty breathing, and extremities have a pins and needles feeling as if they are going to sleep. It got so bad the first time about 8 hours after the last hit that i called 911. They came over and checked me, said vitals were good. I have eaten, slept and drank lots of water but the breathing issue is happening again. I have no history of asthma or anything like this. I had only tried meth twice before years ago and have.been drug free for 4 years. Was very inebriated and made a bad decision. Just wondering if i need to ride this out because it s still in my system or if it could be serious.
Chest pain, breathlessness are serious side effect of Meth, I would recommend a visit to the ER just to get a few things ruled out. An EKG might be needed just to rule out any heart related cause. I am glad you realised that you made a mistake by smoking meth after being drug free for 4 years. Take this as a lesson and stay away from such things in life. All the best.
