Hello my name is Joe, My question is regarding chest pain and smoking meth . Been smoking meth for the last 10 months almost every wknd. and as a result my chest hurts. It is like pressure on your chest like right in the middle if you draw an imaginary ling accross your niples. I don t know what it can be i know when i deep breath i only hurts in my chest, my lungs they don t bother my when I breath just right in the center of my chest. What could that be?

pain in centre of chest associated with smoking- is it associated with heart burn, or regurgitation of food or indigestion-or halitosis or loss of appetite or weight loss possibilty of oesophagitis, or gastroesopheagel disease - advice- tablet -pentaprazole 40 mg once daily for 21 days on empty stomach in diet, avoid- alochol, smoking,spice & oily food, tea ,coffee, whats about your night sleep - is it 8 hours in night then its ok if not relived then advice- endoscopy with biopsy, is it associated with coughing if yes then advice -X-RAY chest & sputum culture & sensitivity, take antibiotic according to sensitivity & cough expectoration if not clear then advice- CTscan chest hope my advice is useful to you, thank you.
