Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. What you are thinking to be the acne, may be a cellulitis due to infection with some bacteria. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have culture and sensitivity of the discharge from the eruptions. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have resistance against such infections. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
