Recovered From Cervical Polyp Removal. Had Normal Period. Mild Spotting After Intercourse. Concerned?
I had a cervical polyp removed about 4 weeks ago. Recovery was quick with almost no bleeding. I've had one menstrual cycle since. It was on time and normal. I had intercourse with my husband for first time since procedure yesterday and there was some mild spotting afterwards. This lasted only a few hours. Is this cause for concern? I am 43 and I've had 3 children. Polyp sample was benign.
