Red Bumps On Chest, No Itching Or Pain. Have Allergic Feeling, Sore Throat. What Is It?

Hi doctor, 4-5 days ago, there is a red-pink colored small bump and smaller similar 4-5 bumps developed above the chest area. They don't itch or pain. They are little bumpy, not like pimples. But they disappeared an 4-5 days. I am very scared. Can you tell me what this can be? And also, i developed an allergic feeling and sore throat area. Please help me figure out what it is.

Hi, You had a red bumps above the chest area, no pain no itching , disappeared in 5 days, got sore throat .
Both may be related to allergy or a bacterial infection, or combination of both.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe, cifixime200mg, BD,combination of levocitrizine and decongestant, So i advise you to consult a physician for treatment.
Thank you.
