Hello

With regard to your eye, you are probably suffering from sub-conjunctival haemorrhage. It is not a serious condition and is self limiting unless it has affected your vision. So, you should keep a watch on your vision and get fundus examination from an eye surgeon.

With regard to back problems, if the conservative treatment through medicines is not helping you might have to go for a surgical treatment after meeting a neauro-surgeon or an orthopaedic surgeon.

Pain killing medicines sometimes do affect the bleeding and clotting time so the sub-conjunctival haemorrhage could be the result of these. So, you can check with your concerned doctor if these need to be changed.

Regards
