Red Mole On My Right Breast. It This Bad Or Dangerous ?

i have a red mole on my right breast it slightly pains wen i touch it, but i feel no lump , just the skin where i have the tiny mole feels like its pulling from inside, it this bad or dangerous

hi,thanks for query.Normally the mole if not creating any problem should be left untouched.In case it causes discomfort in routine,it grows in size and changes its character or color,you need to consult a dermatologist for examination and treatment.
