Hello, Thanks for posting, From your description you are suffering from conjunctivitis and it seems that you have been placed on a good treatment which is not able to get rid off the affection. You will probable now need to take aggressively oral antibiotics and steroid antiinflammatory and possibly take another type of eye drop which contains different ingredients. Antibiotics such as amoxicillin-clavulinic acid, erythromycin, ciprofloxacin combined with prednisone will improve symptoms if your affection caused by typical bacteria. If the symptoms persist after this treatment then your doctor will have to investigate further on the causative germs such as mycobacterium as if that is the case you will require specific antibiotics to eradicate the germs. Other blood tests will have to be done such as CBC, CRP, ESR etc. Specialist consulation with an ophthalmologist might be required if the symptoms persist despite above measures. Hope this helps
