Reddish Dots With Itching On The Penis With Itching After Intercourse, Foul Smell. Cure?

Doctor, I am 28 years old and I had a sexual inter course with my girl friend on last week. One day after that incident, I have seen some red dots on the head of my penis and it has been itching when I touch it. In addition to this, something is always on the head of my penis like a white paste which have a bad smell. I have been regularly masturbating and immediately I couldn't wipe out or clean my penis after masturbation. Due to this, the white paste appears on the head of penis on the next day and it is smelling badly. On the other hand, I have a very low volume of semen.I have been working out regularly. I drink occasionally. Please help me to resolve these problems to lead a good and healthy sexual life doctor.? How can I control frequent masturbation ?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
noticed red spots on the glans of penis and have itching over glans of the penis .
This is most likely to be due to infection of the glans penis secondary to infection of vagina of your girl friend transmitted through sexual intercourse.
You have noticed a white paste being deposited around the glans which is called as smegma .Smegma is secretion of the glands located in glans penis.
Please ensure to clean entire genital after sexual activity may be masturbation or vaginal intercourse..
The less semen volume is due to frequent masturbation .
