Redness, Burn Feeling Inside Lips And Tongue, Cause?

Hello ! My tongue s underneath is having redness with burning feel while having food also inside lips are red. All capillaries are seen as red threads. What might be the reason? Can any one suggest the cause?

IT IS COMMONLY CAUSED DUE TO VITAMIN DIFICIENCIES ESPECIALLY VITAMIN B2, RIBOFLAVIN
SO SUPPLEMENTATION OF VITAMIN B2 WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITION.
