Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
If some one is having clinical hypothyroidism it is easy to diagnose and treat, but when it is sub clinical that means TSH report is high but there are no clinical symptoms and signs.
First it is important to confirm the diagnosis already there are two reports.
Kinly consult a Good Endocrinologist and repeat Free T3, Free T4 and TSH level along with serum Cholesterol and if necessary anti TPO antibody level because this disorder is auto immune in nature.
If clinically thyroid is enlarged a Ultrasonography will confirm the diagnosis and we need to treat even sub clinical hypothyroid state.
Good luck to you .
