Repeated Sebaceous Cyst And It Turned Brownish

Hi, my first baby was born through cesarean one year back. When my baby was 9 months old, I saw a lump below my tummy and just above the cesarean scar. Doctor said it is a sebateous cyst and I need not worry about it. She gave me antibiotics for two weeks. After 2 weeks, it turned brownish and hurted more. Doctor suggested to go for incision and removed the cyst. Now after 3 months I have another lump and doctor says it is another sebateous cyst and this one in just beside the earlier cyst. Now she has again put me on antibiotics for 2 weeks. It is already past one week and I don t see any reduction in the lump or the redness and the pain, rather it is turning darker day by day and paining more. Can you please suggest me what is wrong.

General Surgeon 's  Response
welcome to healthcaremagic
it seems you are having endometriosis in the scar and it keeps on appearing and increase as your period is nearer and bleeding occurs in it during period giving rise to increased size and pain
biopsy would have clenched the diagnosis
clinically it is characteristic
consult gynecologist and take treatment
hormonal treatment will be required to stop menstruation till the the swelling disappear
aspiration cytology will confirm the diagnosis and needed to rule out any adverse reports like choriocarcinoma
consult experienced gynecologist and take treatment
hope you be all right soon
