Hello and welcome to HCM
I am jr. to a cardiologist and read your mail in detail. You have shortness of breath, episodes of Faints and Bradycardia on Holter, so their is strong indication of PPI (Pacemaker Implantation) in you. You have Chronotropic Insufficiency, in which PPI is the Choice of treatment. Rest consult your cardiologist and take medication till you decide for the surgery (PPI).
