Reproductive Cough, Noise While Breathing, Remedy?
hello sir,i am suffering from productive cough and i am taking a cough syrup for that but it seems nothing has improved.its irritating to hear the noise inside my throat when i breath out..i hope you are understanding my problem.please suggest me any remedy or medic by which i can clear this bulgam out for ever.i will be really thankful.

Productive cough and irritation of throat is sign of lower respiratory tract infection.
In my opinion you can take a broad spectrum antibiotic like amoxycillin and clavunic acid for a 3 to 4 days along with cough syrup.
If no relief than you must see an ENT specialist and may undergo for a X-ray chest and throat swab culture and sputum for culture and AFB.

Hi
It is important to know for how long you have cough, colour of phlegm (mucus). Do you have any nose problem, heartburn, any chest problem?
If it is there for more than a month then a doctor has to examine you to find out the exact reason for your productive cough. Then only treatment can be initiated for cure of it.
For this you can see an ENT specialist.
If the duration is short but more than a week then you may need a course of antibiotic.
Then you can approach a GP (family doctor).
