Running Low Grade Fevers, Severe Dizziness, Headaches And Nausea With Some Rectal Bleeding. Causes ?

For the past ten days I've been running fevers, mostly low grade up to 101.3, after suddenly becoming ill the first evening. I have severe dizziness, severe headaches, weakness, and nausea. I've also experienced pain in my organs, including lower abdominal area, and other aching in arms and legs. As well as some rectal bleeding.

Hi.the symptoms shows the feature of enteric.please have some test like widal .Pr bleeding can be of painless and painful.painless PR bleed could be features of hemorrhoids.painful PR could be of anal fissure ..proctitis.and u didn't mentioned the color of stool.if it is bright red it could be due to problem in lower GI .also do have urine RME .USG done .
