Ruptured Cyst On Left Ovary, Blood In Toilet Paper. Is This Normal ?

I was diagnosed with a ruptured cyst on my left ovary 3 days ago. I have been to the ER and gyno a couple times in these last few days... But this morning when I went to the bathroom I noticed blood on the toilet paper after I wiped. Then I noticed a little in my urine . Is this normal since I have a ruptured cyst and its letting off a lot of fluid and blood? Or should I head back to the ER? Please help! (: thanks you!

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Ruptured ovarian cyst can lead to internal bleeding.
But usually that will not come out through the uterus and cervix.
The cause for your bleeding could be hormonal imbalance, uterine causes like endometrial abnormalities, local causes like cervical erosion etc.
So if the spotting repeats better to consult gynecologist once, get examined.
If needed go for ultrasound. By these the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
