Dear Doctor, when i wake up in the morning i found sliva & bit of blood in my mouth & part of it in my throat ...it irritates me and disturbs my sleep and eventually make me awake....i have visited the dentist & he has done the cleaning ,scaling & filling of my teeth & said every thing is fine...but i am having same problem....pls also note i am a smoker (but not a chain one ) just 2 or 3 cigretts a day. regards mstariq YYYY@YYYY

this may be due to gum infection called gingivitis.
please check for another 4-5 days ,whether bleeding is reducing or not as you have got your teeth cleaned.
get the biopsy of the lesion if you have any in your mouth.
since you are a smoker,there is a chance of getting leukoplakic or erythroplakic lesion.
get physical examination done.take tab. microdox-dt-100mg,once daily for 3 days to reduce the gingivitis.
use soft-interdental brush and chlorhexidine mouthwash to brush your teeth.
please stop your smoking habit too.
