Scabs And Lesion On The Penis.Fluid Discharge And Have Fever. Herpes?

Husband has been cheating. I noticed his penis had several small scabs and a lesion that I previously thought was a mole in his pubic area had crusted over. Next to the lesion I noticed two smaller lesions that were new. He says that fluid had drained from the older/larger one. Several weeks ago he felt like he had the flu and was sick for a few days. Herpes crossed my mind instantly. Could this be something else?

From the history of cheating on you , I am bound to think in terms of venereal lesions here.
Get his blood tested for VDRL.
It can be scabies too.Penile herpes is a possibility.
Please get a doctor to check him up.
