The utreine cavity is normal in size, shape, outline and position. No pathologicl filling defect is present.
Both fallopian tubes are faintly visualized.
Small preitoneal spill is present in the pelvic cavity.
Dr. please tell what the report shows or if any problem then what we will do for this? please guide us..Thanks
According to your HSG report uterus is normal. Small peritoneal spill can be due to spasm of the tubes due to injecting the dye. Sometimes there could be some partial obstruction but usually by doing HSG that will get cleared. So you track your ovulation in this cycle. And plan unprotected intercourse around that period. This will increase the chances of pregnancy. Continue thyroid tablets. For more details you can ask me through: http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-sree-gouri-sr/63429 Take care.
