Scoliosis Grade 1, Arthritis, Heavy Smoker. Taking Glucosamine, Calcium, Pregabalin. How To Get Relief?

I am 29 n have started to experience early stage of arthritis .I have met with a lot of accidents,I am a heavy smoker and an occasional drinker.. I also have scoliosis grade 1 from d last 4 years. Have already been on a regular treatment of glucasamine 750 mg, calcium and pregamblin 75mg from the last 1 year. Please,any an advice would be highly appreciated.

in theis regime of urs there s no analgesic or a pain killer so to say. you need to start with a combination of metoxalone and diclofenac. along with this physiotherapy and local application of heat and ointment flurbiprofen( brugel) shall help.
