Scrapped Index Finger, Unusual Bump. Done Ultrasound. How Long Will It Take To Heal?

Hello, I scrapped my right index finger on concrete on a Friday, and I got an unusual bump that hurts when I scratch it. Almost like a mosquito bite, except there is no hole, and it isn't white. It is the same regular color of the rest of my hand. I'm also 14 years old.

It is now Monday, and the bump has not decreased in size. I asked my parents and they said that I might have something under my skin.

Any suggestions as to what it is? Or to how long it will take to go away? Thanks.
