Hello Sir! The semen analysis is generally advised to know the inhibiting factors which hinder the fertility and secondly to know the outcome of vasectomy.Your report indicates slightly low volume, higher liquefaction time which is normally 20-30 minutes, that indicates an infection .Normally white blood cells are absent in semen but in your case few are there which are insignificant . Sperm motility is depicted to be fine ,but sperm agglutination is seen which indicates hindrance in motility as such sperms fail to swim up through the cervix .Another finding is abnormal forms 20%, which is acceptable.Since most of the labs are using computers for sperm analysis which are not been standardised so reports can vary.Dont rely exclusively on your report rather get yourself examined thoroughly and secondly repeat the test after a gap of 2-3months. Semen analysis can be divergent if you are taking any hormonal preparations, drugs like cimetidine, alcohol intake,smoking etc .So get your test repeated after keeping in mind all these precautions.Take care!

Hi, Welcome to HCM,I am Dr. Das.
Your result indicates that the amount is low,time required for liquifaction is normal. pH is alkaline which is normal , sperm concentration is normal but sperm count is near normal. motility is normal, pus cell is low which means no infection.
Overall your report is normal. There is no abnormality.
