Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
In your semen analysis report, the sperm count is normal, however the percentage of non motile dead sperms is quite high ( more than normal ).
Also, abnormal forms are seen in high number.
There could be various reasons for this - stress, illness, fever, surgery, prolonged periods of abstinence, delay in transportation of the sample etc.
Also, smoking, drinking, tobacco, drugs , exposure to chemicals and toxins, hot water baths and sauna, tight underclothing - all can cause this.
genetic causes, infections, hormonal imbalance - these are all potential causes.
Please consult an Andrologist / Urologist to have a detailed evaluation, diagnosis and proper treatment.
