Sensation Of Having Applied Pain Balm On Leg, Causing Discomfort. Should I Be Concerned?

I have been experiencing a sensation on my left lower leg, on the front, that feels like I have applied icy hot pain rub on it. (and i haven t) It is not painful, just a little distracting. It has been happening for about a month. My leg doesn t feel cold to the touch, even though it feels like it should. I wondered if this could be a symptom of anything I should be concerned about.
