Sensitive Foot And Ankle. X-ray Shows No Broken Bones. Taken Cortisone. Boosters?

Have a very sensitive Foot and Ankle. Didn't twist it or go over on it. It just occurs Occasionally. Happeneed in
April as well. Went to a Podiatrist who took x-rays and determined no broken or fracture bones. Gave me a Cortizone shot in the joint and the problem disapated within 30 minutes. Now same problem is back. I know I cannot get another Cortizone shot right away, but are there boosters that will help me.??????.

Hello, surely you can take another shot and after that go for some foot ankle exercises. If symptoms recur go for another x ray or MRI to get diagnosed. Thank you
