Sensitivity To Light, Pain Around Temples And Eyes. Worried About Glaucoma
hi. Im just so worried. IT all started last week when I have noticed my vision to lights hurts my eyes. And now my left temple suffering pain and around my left eye too. actually dont feel d pain not unless I press a bit of my eye brow and under my left eye to my cheekbone or hold it along to my left temple. pls help im so worried that I might have glaucoma . thanks.

glaucoma is a disease of the eye which may give photophobia or pain in temple,but
not usually.there are many other causes which need to be ruled out first
1. refractive error of the eye
2.any subtle corneal pathology
3.subacute inflammation of uvea which is a vascular coat of the eye
4.last comes the glaucoma
to rule out above a thorough eye examination is required .also get your BP checked and also the blood suger levels

The symptoms you are having are not related to glaucoma.
Those are just because of ocular strain..
Don't worry.. If you have a family history of glaucoma, go for a complete ocular examination to rule out glaucoma..
