Severe Back Ache, Migraine, Vertigo, Depression, Neck Pain. All Tests Normal. Relief With Oil Massage. Cure?

Hi dr. I am a 30 year old male weighing 92 kilos and 5.8 ft in height. I hav severe upper backache (bike accident injury in 2006) accompanied with migraine , extreme vertigo , anxiety, depression , panic....the pain extends to the back of the neck and base of head. Head scan n neck xray reports are normal. A simple massage with oil relieves me to a great extent. Pls suggest wat to do

Migraine headaches wont get relieved completely in most of the patients but the prophylactic treatment will help you to get some free interval from attacks.As your getting relief from massage its a good thing to notice as frequent medication is not needed for acute attacks.If you use prophylactic treatment correctly then you may have good results.Thank you.
