General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry; but there seems like some definite underlying pathology. Please follow my suggestions below.

1. Have you got your liver function tests done yet? If not, please get it done at the earliest. The symptoms you are saying, could represent jaundice and underlying derangement in liver function.

2. There is a probability of a benign urinary stone as well. Get an X-ray of the KUB region together with a urine routine and Renal function tests (RFT) done.

Please get evaluated for these at the earliest. I wish you recover quickly before any complications arise.

Regards,

There are so many causes for your back pain & abdominal pain.
That can be investigated and treated secondarily.
First of all investigate for Jaundice - All Liver Function Tests, what type of infection
Hepatitis B or A like that. HIV etc.,
Consult a Medical Gastro Enterologist and follow his advice.
Best Wishes
