Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history basically there are three medical issue, first one is constipation, second High blood pressure and overweight?
Please get your medical check up to know if there is any thing to suggest any specific disease, like hypothyroidism,
If there is none just monitor you blood pressure and reduce salt in diet and if BP is not controlled drug therapy for High BP may be required.
Please do not use laxative without advise of doctor and change your diet to high fibre and lot of green vegetable and fresh fruits and take sufficient water daily and if required there are very good motility and stool softeners which will help to also do exercise daily as it also help to keep weight at desirable level.
But keep one thing in mind that constipation has nothing to has with constipation.
To relieve constipation take plenty of water, take plenty of green vegges and food containing more fibers.
Take papita, banana, cullingers fruits.
Avoid sedentary life and do regular exercise mainly abdominal recti exercise.
Initially you may take laxative like liquid paraffin one table spoonful at night.
Problem of high blood pressure is common at this age, for that go for blood sugar, S.cholesterol and lipid profile, ECG and afterwards go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and bye.
