Severe Cough, Chest Hurts, Nose Blocked With Yellow Mucus, Fever, Dark Bowel Movements, Constipation, Hemorrhoids. Taking Psilium. Cure?

have a cough which hurts my chest, constant blocking of the nose, sometimes with yellow mucus, fever of 100.5, but what worries me the most the last two days are my very dark bowel movements. i have constipation and huge haemerrhoids and i take psilium one teaspoon in the evening and then about an hour later drink say a gallon of water and of course my bowels then come flowing out. but now, they turned black.

Keep drinking water, start taking steam inhalation, start second generation of anti-histamine, leo-cetrizine would be best, along with that you can try Leo- floxacine 500 mg twice a day ( Antibiotic) for five to six days if it does not solved your problem after a week then you will have to go under the investigation, take care of your self .

Hi... I'm doctor charles... let me help you.... as part of ur fever is concerned... it seems more like u have an upper respiratory tract infection... to clear d problem.... I wud suggest u to take steam inhalation and put u on a brochal expectorant and an antihistamine n antibiotics like phexine and paracetamol...but for ur black stools... u will hv to undergo an upper gastro intestinal scopy to rule out any ulcer bleeds as u hv gerd ... n maybe a colonoscopy oso jz to rule out any bleed from d colons n d haemorhoids which is actually rare for black stools.... thank you
