Severe Cramps, Diarrhea, Chills, Sweating, Ate Spicy Food. History Of Fissure. What Could This Be?

I had just come back from a night of tennis and eating homemade venison chili at the club when I began to have severe cramps. Diarrhea, chills, sweating began. After a period of time I started to have blood in the bowl.
I had something like this 25 years ago and it turned out to be an fissure. I have colonoscopy regularly.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. This may be due to inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel syndrome. I suggest you to take racedrotil capsule for now and electral powder. Consult your treating doctor about this this may be due to food poisoning too. Try to avoid spicy things which may cause more problems in you. Thank you.
