Hello, It is usual to have fatigue after being ventilated and also she is suffering from both kidney and liver failure. It is not not necessary to search for other cause as she already have kidney failure and liver failure. My advise is to get the proper treatment for kidney as well as liver problem. As she was in bed and ventilated, she may have some muscle weakness and respiratory difficulty. This may need physiotherapy and respiratory exercise therapy. Thus please consult a physiotherapist.
Hope this helps. Please write back for further queries. Wishing you good health.
