Severe Headache, Energy Drain, Vomiting, Dehydrated, Dry Mouth, Headache Disappears And Feels Fine

Hello,
Here's my symptoms,
I get woken up around 3:00 and 5:00 with a headache that creeps up into a deep ache through out my whole head. This pain continues on sometimes moving around in my head. I am completely drained of energy and noise and light make it worse. Then the vomiting starts up after about and hour and it continues for 5 to 6 hours (almost on the hour I have to vomit). first I vomit up what ever I ate and fluids and the following vomits are the water I have drank and dry heaves. I also am very dehydrated and severe dry mouth. Eventually my headache dies down but the vomiting continues (after every vomit - my head throbs but dies down), still zapped of all energy. After about 9 hours overall of this....it's all gone and I'm and feel fine. I'm up and eating and nothing happened.
This has started now about 4 years ago.
maybe 2 or 3 times the first couple years and now up to maybe every three to four months.
I have taken notice payed attention to see if there is a pattern......there never seems to be a reoccurring theme to what I did , ate or drank the day or night before.
Were becoming concerned.

Hopefully you can give me some insight to what may be going on.
Thank you in advance and best regards.

Hi...
Thanks for the query..
You could be suffering from a severe migraine...
It typically start in the morning and continues through the day and gets relieved by vomiting..
But many vomitings are a bit unusual and we have to rule out a possibility of raised intracranial pressure..
Consult a neurophysician who can give you advice regarding that and also can suggest required investigations..
Migraine attacks are generally precipitated by lack of sleep, anxiety and irregular diet etc.,So try to avoid them as far as possible...
Hope this information helps... Take care..
