Severe Headaches, Chest Tightness And Cough. What Is Wrong?
Hi I am 40yr old male suffering from severe headaches the pain is to much ,that I have to tie a bandage on my head to hold it tight ,yesterday I speew out all my lunch and this morning I have a running tummie but the headaches are not stopping pain killers not helping .my chest also feels tight when I cough n troath soar please can u help

1st of all rule out hypertension,Diabetes & scan of the brain should be done.If everything turnsout normal,then antimigrain medicine and antidepressant should be taken.

Did you have such episodes of headache before ? If yes then how frequent are those episodes ? And what are the associated symptoms?
Are you having fever too ?If yes then how much ?
You say you are having chest tightness while coughing and sore throat along with the headache.May be you are having respiratory tract and chest infection along with sinusitis.A clinical examination along with throat swab culture sensitivity,blood investigations, Chest X Ray and CT Scan of the sinuses will confirm the diagnosis.
Your blood pressure is to be checked and an ECG is to be done.
If its diagnosed as headache due to sinusitis then you will need to take antibiotics[eg CoAmoxiclav],Analgesic&Antiinflammatory [eg Paracetamol],Steam inhalation ,Antiallergy[Levocetrizine]
If its diagnosed as migraine then you will need medications for that.
Dont self medicate.Get a checkup done by your physician and follow his advice.
